School age participants (independent readers) read for 5 hours during October to earn a surprise! The reader with the most hours completed will earn a ride in a fire truck (must live within the Waterloo School District to win fire truck ride)!!

Early Literacy participants (ages preschool and younger) earn an activity badge when 3 of 5 activities are completed. Each activity badge completed will earn a small prize after 4 activity badge are completed!
